Problem
Lifestyle is a busy Construction company based in Epsom that also provide bespoke Kitchens and Bathrooms to their vast customer base.
Their bookkeeper had just left the business and they needed immediate support with their bookkeeping and month end reports. Clare, one of the Directors wanted to have more of an understanding of the figures and needed training initially with Sage.

Solution
Clare on her own admission did not have much knowledge about accounts and bookkeeping but was keen to learn as she knew it would be very beneficial.
Paul started a module-based training course for Clare covering suppliers, sales, nominal ledger, and banking. Each session was completed at Clare’s pace to ensure that she completely understood the module before moving on to the next module.
Once Clare had completed the Sage training course, she asked Paul if he could offer both bookkeeping and Sage support and come in once a month to check the accounts and help with management reports.
Cain & Co continue to offer bookkeeping and management accounts assistance and have recently helped Clare with Xero and Hubdoc training.
